Seaspray is situated on our famous Kite beach. There is a big swimming pool and chill area, and deck with barbeque facilities, ideally situated on the beachfront with views of Table mountain and the ocean.
It has an open plan fully kitted out kitchen, with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen opens up onto the dining room and lounge area which then leads out onto the balcony.
The main bedroom is very spacious with built-in cupboards. The main bedroom faces the sea and table mountain and has a door also leading out to the balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds with built-in cupboards and this room faces east bringing in some morning sun. There is one really nice full bathroom with a shower and a bath.

There is secure parking and a lock up garage with secure parking. There is also a swimming pool and barbecue area.
The kitchen is open plan with a washing machine. It has a nice bar counter with bar chairs opening onto the lounge and dining room area. The lounge has a sliding door leading out onto the balcony.
