Five beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms provide plenty of privacy, including an impressive ocean-facing main suite with its own balcony and panoramic views across the Atlantic towards Table Mountain.
For surfers and kitesurfers, the location is particularly special. The Kamers watersports area lies along this stretch of coastline, allowing guests to walk from the villa directly onto the beach and be on the water within minutes.

The Space
This spacious contemporary villa has been designed around its beachfront setting, with large windows, open-plan interiors and extensive outdoor spaces capturing views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain.
The main living level centres around a large open-plan gourmet kitchen with a generous island and ample preparation space. It flows into the dining and lounge areas and through large opening doors onto the outdoor entertainment area and ocean-facing deck.
The covered entertainment space features a large dining table seating approximately 10–12 guests and an indoor braai, making it ideal for relaxed lunches, dinners and entertaining throughout the year.
Outside, the villa offers a full-length private lap pool, landscaped garden and expansive wooden deck overlooking the beachfront. Multiple outdoor seating areas provide plenty of space to relax, entertain or simply watch the waves and sunset.
