I'm Samuel, working across property management, hospitality, marketing, and digital growth at CapeTownGuru.
My role combines the operational side of the business with the creative side. On any given day I'm managing guest stays, coordinating property operations, assisting owners, overseeing check-ins and maintenance, while also creating marketing campaigns, producing content, and developing our online presence.
Having worked in a luxury hotel environment in the UK, I developed a strong understanding of guest service, hospitality standards, and the attention to detail required to deliver exceptional stays. That experience now helps me manage multiple properties while ensuring both guests and owners receive a professional, reliable service.
Alongside property management, I run a drone photography and videography business, producing premium visual content for real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. This has strengthened my eye for presentation and my understanding of how quality marketing drives bookings and builds trust.
